Dedication of the new WRC Washington, D.C. Facilities, which shows the WRC-TV television studios on May 22, 1958. The is the first known color recording. The program is first show in black and white with President Eisenhower arriving at the WRC studios. Later the president of the network Robert Sarnoff,pushes a button signifying the start of the color studios. As the button is pushed the picture switches from black and white to color.
